Definitely get after effects. Though cs6 has the built in camera tracker, cs5 would work fine also since you can use plug ins like camera tracker (http://www.thefoundry.co.uk/products/cameratracker/ really easy to torrent if you still only have cs5).
With premiere I think you can do the warp stabilizer and some basic keyframing (like animating the opacity and basic movement, or keyframing effects to change over time), but ae is much easier.
