Jay Peak park

Hey guys
So i'm going up to Jay for all of next week. I'm interested in knowing what the quality of the park there is right now, and there doesn't seem to be anything on their website about it.

heres the real update:

the 360 park has a bunch of small jibs in it, mostly boxes. Couple really small jumps, like 10 feet maybe.

720 park has a 4 pack jumpline that is $$ right now. Theres a few rails alongside the jumpline and some jibs below it as well. The jumps are soo good though.

So many uninformed and uneducated answers is this thread. As always on Newschoolers.

You have picked the right year to go to Jay's parks, they have just redone their whole parks system this year in an effort to be a bit more... modern. There are two main parks: the 360 park (medium) on the Tram side and the 720 park (big) on the State side. Jumps are really good.

It's quite funny actually. I hardly ski in the terrain park at all but, contrary to popular misconception, LOVE jay's park and actually ski park more there than anywhere else. The reason is: you take the tram/chair up, ski the chutes and the trees. The parks are localed perfectly right before the lifts on the flat. You go up, ski the trees, hit the mini park before getting on the chair. love it

Jay is my home mountain, this pretty much sums it up. The 720 park has really sketchy rails but the Jump line is awesome. The DFD is more like strait down to up to even straighter down. But the 720 park is the best for sure, it's on stateside. The 360 just has a bunch of 2ft wide boxes and 2 tiny jumps.

Fairly certain that Jay's parks this year are being built by STP, or snow park technologies. For reference they are the company that is contracted to build the xgames course(s), aspen/snowmass, bear mountain, seven springs, and countless other mountains. Sure, going to jay just to ski the park is silly, but if you are there, and have more then a few days, check it out.

they have a great park with lots of slides and tubes! its always fun after a good day of shreddin to rage the lazy river and roll face!  not sure if they have a skiing park but u can pick up mad babes at the water park
