Gopro problems

I have a gopro 960 and it's been working great until last week. It wont turn on. I've charged it. Plugged it in. Done pretty much everything I can think of. What should I do? Anyone else have this problem?

In my experience, gopro has a great customer service and warranty department, so if you don't get it sorted out yourself I'm sure you could send it to them and they would figure out what's wrong and fix it/replace it.

I had the same probleme with the HERO 1 so i returned it and got a new that works fine to this day

if you cant return it update the firmware it worked for me
