i liked how over half was tripod, its definitely a breath of fresh air, but...

the same angle from the same feature for the first ~30 ish seconds got very repetitive

once again i felt like the cinescope crop didn't work. you cut off heads/skis multiple times plus it felt forced

the fish glides were pretty good

thanks man! yah i need to work on framing still, I tried to make it a more diverse edit with the tripod and glide shots, I will master the crop!!!!

-mix up the angles for those first few shots
-colors were a little too washed out for my preference (especially blacks)
-maybe mix the follow shots in with the tripod shots?

overall i really liked it, good vibes!

This. The tripod shots looked nice but got repetitive. If you had cut between them with some glidecam shots it would have been better.
But overall sick edit and I really liked the music. Good to see something that isnt just 100% follow cams.

that was great man. agree with everyone else and really like the colours. thanks for using a tripod for a lot of it, this is what we need more of. I feel that a lot of filmers are getting lazy with the glidecam footage. good stuff!

I really enjoyed that! You made the slow song work very well. I would have liked to hear just a little more audio from the skiing. Just to add to the slow motion a little. Also I dont know if anyone else would agree but some of the tripod shots felt just a little to centered, I would have liked to see them a little more to one of the thirds. Im not experienced in filming but hey its all IMO. Overall I loved the vibe! Great stuff
