I was listening to KFI640, a radio news station her in California, and they were talking to someone about the Carnival cruise ship that was stuck out at sea. Carnival reports that all of the passengers are being well taken care of and everyone is being fed. They talked to a guy that was on the ship with his newlywed wife. He says that there was vomit and feces everywhere. The smell inside was horrendous, people were sick everywhere, and cruise ships kept stopping by to deliver food. According to the guy they were talking to, the food was not being rationed correctly and it was basically 1st come 1st serve. His wife had only a PB&J Sandwich and a bottle of water for 2 days. Meanwhile, Carnival is reporting that there is nothing wrong with the conditions on the ship. The owner of Carnival attended a Miami Heat game last night while all of this is unfolding.
TL;DR - Carnival Cruise ship stranded in the ocean for a week until today, and there was vomit, feces and general filth everywhere.
