No that's STEPT productions and I don't believe Steve stepp is involved in it Im pretty sure nick martini owns it and STEFT stands for ski the east freeride tour
You don't need to compete every stop i know that I'm looking to see what the compititions like I know a 12 year old from my Mountian Came in 14th out of every competitor and he only competed in one stop (sugarbush) and got 5 and still came in 14th for all the stops combined
like mentioned above, you dont need to do all the stops. it is important to pre register through the ski the east website to guarantee you get a stop because it fills up fast. they have two tours now so your friend who is 12 may have placed in the junior tour, the real tour is pretty damn competitive. they always have it on the mountains hardest or gnarliest trial which is usually only partially covered. it is a super fun event, i would highly encourage it
No he did finish 14th in the 13 and over group (Leland broadburst) and what's it like just moguls and cliffs I ski at wildcat nh and attitash and there's some gnarly lines and cliffs and I've skied the face chutes but what do people throw like backies and safety and mute threes
What do you mean just goto the top of your page and click on the nick martini both sides of the lens link nick martini cam Riley and nicks brother all the main STEPT guys
in most comps you will see a few threes and maybe one or two backflips, most courses do not really have a ton of places to do stuff like that, it is mostly moguls with cliff or rock drops to send it off. the judging is based off speed, style and air
i would say mostly people in their 20's, there is always a crew of college kids from uvm and other places, the winners the last two years have been younger, but there are definitely some older dudes that rip. you should really enter, its a great experience!
Go for it. If you think about it you have no reason not to. I always chicken out because it gets in my head that i'l do something stupid and make a fool of myself. hapens with every liftline i ski too.
Do it, or else you'll probably wish you did once the edits come out. might even see you at a stop or two.

and how much I use the internet shouldn't keep me from having the view that not everyone uses the internet a lot.
