Too bad Ian Curtis killed himself so early on. I feel like his voice style has been copied by modern bands such as Interpol etc

Yep, here's my favorite one. It's really interesting to read into their history. They were only around for 3 years, and accomplished so much.



And this is by New Order, which was created from two of Joy Division's members after Ian Curtis committed suicide.
