Removing Crowbar Outrigges?

I know that it is possible to remove crowbar outriggers to change them up and such, but im having some trouble doing it. I see the little tab thing at the bottom of the outrigger and it is verry stiff and will not budge. Can someome please give me some advice?

Usually you can just pull them right out.

Just put your back into... The actual frame is made out of a flexible material. You can pull the plastic outriggers through you just have to use some force and twist them a little.

Dont be afraid to muscle it just pull it right off, i know its scary but once youve done it once its easy

make sure you dont have your lens inside the frame. removing the lens gives the frame more flexibility and making it easier to take out your riggers
