how have you never heard of mp4? its a more compressed format you dim-twat-nim-wit... you know mp3 isnt the smalled compression when it comes to music. their are far more compressed formats.

for all yall not in the know, here's the little I know about it. MP3 (mpeg layer 3 (mpeg as in the movie format)) is like converting just the sound into the condensed format. MP4 (mpeg layer 4) is supposedly better than MP3, although I have no idea. For example, a DVD player generally plays MPEG2 (I think, not realy sure). Almost all of the DVD is video files, but probably 100-200 MB is audio. Now, if you lose all the video, you are left with some compressed sound. Same thing with the music.

If someone who knows more than me says I'm full of shit, it's because I know almost nothing about the subject. Please tell me if I'm wrong.
