Replying to Computer Tech Question.

So lately my computer has started running pretty slow and I am seeing the occasional blue screen of death. I need this computer for work and don't want to have to buy a new one cause Windows 8 is crap and thats all I can find right now.

I am thinking about restoring my PC to its original setting after backing it up but I know that will remove my MS Office which I use for work. I think Office came on my PC but Outlook did not and I got that from work. Our Outlook key has been used on too many PC's at this point and cannot be used again. If I restore my computer will I need to buy a new Outlook or will the key remember it was used on this PC and allow me to do it? Or is there any way to restore the PC and keep outlook?

I plan on backing up all of my files but I don't know if I can back up the program.
