It may be a stretch, but it beats interviewing some random person I find through the uni. I'm in need of someone with a career/job that deals at least somewhat with management. It can be in food, retail, shipping, and maybe even skiing if I'm lucky. Anything at all. So long as you have a reasonable amount of people under you.
It will be about 20 questions long. I'd prefer if we did it over Skype or some sort of video-chat, but if you're not really all for that I will just email you the questions.
