Ski Rack thoughts- Thule vs Yakima

i have the rockymounts liftop 6 and it's worked great so far. cheap and easy to install

thule and yakima are both nice. can't really go wrong with either

boxes are expensive and kill gas mileage but are great because you can throw anything in them. I have a thule and it is alright but the closing mechanism is a little messed up

been using thule for the last six years, you have to be careful that nothing is touching the hinge inside, and the lock isn't always easy to open, but otherwise it's been great.
