Think its safe to buy from this website?

Okay so basically I need two of these patches (one for me and my friend) for something. I found them on another website but they were sold out and they were 17 dollars opposed to 4 dollars. They say their transactions are protected by a secured sockets layer (SSL) certificate in their privacy policy ( http://losalamoshistory.ksxsecure.com/hypercart/privacy.asp ) but I cant find the little pad lock that most sites would have at the bottom of the web page any where. My question is do you think its safe to but it from them? Should I place my order by phone? or should i just not buy them at all.

oh and I googled their legitimacy and nothing came up regarding them scamming anyone.

Usually in these situations you call them and check em out. I think the number is at the bottom of the page.

Calling is sketch. I'd try faxing them. The number is at the bottom of the age.
