To catch a predator ski edition

Anybody want to do some "to catch a predator" style stings at mountains?


Leave some nice gear out front, or maybe some backpacks or nice shoes inside and wait for somebody to try and steal it. Then come in with the camera and ask them why they suck at life, then instead of turning them over to the cops kill them?


It should be done. I've thought about it a few times over the years. Especially for something like pay your age day at mount snow. Put a bunch of brand new decks and skis on the racks and wait. Those days seem to bring out all the sketchy thieves.

My friend and I did the same thing once, but it was with a decket out BMX, all we had to do was loosen every bolt and axle, and wait patiently for the dick head to come steal the bike. Shit was hilarious! Later on during the summer some of our friend had his bike stolen, and guess who stole it.. the same scum bad who tried to steal the bmx.

I would probably die if I lived near you. Used to like to hop on a bmx every once in a while and do some 180s, a little manual and put them back. Would have probably lost your front wheel, destroy your forks, and my face.

Would you hop on somebody's ski, ride some park, and put them back where they belong? Some people value their bike as much as you value your skis.. so you'd probably also have a knife to your throat if you lived around me.. (Don't fuck with my bike)

My college town has had a bunch of attempted rapes recently, all in the same area. Same dude probably every time.

Why not put a chick out there at night and have a bunch of dudes hiding in the bushes waiting for her to get attacked. When she does the dudes jump out and kick the shit out of the bad guy.

Done it before, worked like a charm...there were like 4 middle school kids, jacking 3 - 5 boards a weekend....set up some tempting boards in the racks and such and just posted up for the day...sure as shit they come around grab one of the decoy boards and bring it to the parking lot where we busted em...it was great, with them trying to explain too us how it was their buddies board and they were coming back to pick it up for him because he was sick.
