i was just wondering if anyone had a comparison i hit mostly jumps but gettin better at rails so its about 75:25 but might change to 50:50 eventually. I like having lots of pop and I don't butter often but i do it to mess around sometimes (ie I am not Henrik Harlaut) but im trying to learn some butter tricks. I narrowed it down to these two because i can't afford a park and a pow ski so im looking at 100-105 waist. If anyone has comparisons or personal expieriences with each thatd be best. Thanks
No doubt, go for the blends. If you get Pb&js you are gonna regret it sooo much. Believe me the blends are way better. You can jib, hit rails, throw em around in park, and take em in the powpow if ya need them.
Blends are way way softer, probably the softest ski that isn't a pure pow ski ever. The only skis that have felt softer to me are the EP Pro and the OG Hellbent, the latter was probably stiffer but had so much rocker). I currently ride the Blends and I do really like them in pow, and in the park but my one criticism is they are slightly too soft.
quick question on the blends though, Are they so soft that at speed they will wash out or when people say soft they mean stable but when want to flex it will?
