About a week ago I started feeling this weird pain on the right side of my back. It doesnt feel like I did anything to the bone, It kind of started up randomly. Muscle pain, maybe?? Tips to get rid of it?? +k for serious answers
Go to a doctor. I thought the same thing as you and I ended up having 2 stress fractures on my L5 vertebrae. It felt like it was only the muscle. But apparently not. Lol
i pulled a muscle in my back which led to pretty bad pain although it's not a bad injury. I kept skiing with it which made it way worse, if I were you Id take a week or two off from skiing and see how it feels or see a chiropractor if you're able to
For my lower backpain problem I had for about 3 years now, I finally went to the kiro, only to get told by him that first off, my shoes are not laced tight enough and also, my feet were starting to go flat.. like my arches were starting to collapse.. It could be anything why you have lower back pain.. so Go see a pro.
definitely go see a doctor if it persists. i did the same as above, stress fractured my L5 and it sucks. it's a really common injury so that could be what yours is. stay off most physical work for like a week if you can (as in sports, working out, skiing, etc.)
Sucks so bad, for the past three years I have had horrible back pain. Went and saw a doctor and even went to Physical Therapy, and it's hardly gotten better. Landing jumps can be horrible, but it's all worth it. All you need is some ibuprofen and a good attitude, you'll be able to tough it out.
a lot of lower back pain can be caused by tight hamstrings. stretch, stretch, stretch those hams.
it's also possible that you've got something out in your lower back/hips. my pelvis goes out all the time - chiro cracks my shit up and I feel like a million bucks.
Dude I have the same problem it sucks. Is it when you're doing something and then it like pulls you down and you cant run or move? Ive had it for a while and it comes and gos and its annoying as hell. Not sure theres any solution
