Definitely not hashtags, HOWEVER.. I think "tagging" people would be very useful. On Hypebeast rather than quoting something extremely long you can say for example "@JStrathern...." and write a reply to their question/statement, and they get a message in their inbox saying someone replied. That way long quotes don't take over threads but you can stay reply to stuff.. I think it's a pretty good idea

On a side note, I always still read it as "pound sign....." haha I never say hashtag in my head.

Possibly could see tagging member....but absolutely no hash tags. The only thing I think would be cool is something to tell you when you are quoted.

being able to tag people would be cool. that way if you post in a thread and somebody quotes you, you could maybe get notified instead of searching to see if somebody quoted you.

Hashtagging on here would be absurd. Not a fan. Not at all.

The idea of tagging people MIGHT be "neat."

But I think this goes back to a discussion that happened maybe 2? months ago. That there should be a notification when you get quoted in a thread that pops up in your inbox. Now that, I would support.
