Just got my brand new of halos after my six sense distorters broke on me, factory recommendation is -2.5 anyone ski with the tip or just straight balling center? help haha
I would mount at -1. I have mine on Jester Schizo's so I have moved them around a ton and so far my favorite is at -1 or center. They do not carve incredibly well due to the shape and construction so the benefits of mounting them closer to center are much more beneficial to mounting them at more of an all mountain position in my case.
originally got mine mounted at recommended and hated it. i would go true center cause thats what i did on second mount and loved them after that. all depends on your preference though. and how you'll be using them of course
same, except 140s instead of 185s. if anything id say go .5 to 1 back from true, as they look/feel like they are mounted forward, especially with the fks having a smaller mount footproint in the heel than in the toe. its SUPER minimal, but i swear i have ocd when it comes to things being even/equal/offset the wrong way.
also, i actually LOVE the way they carve, its a super tight and fun radius, its like turning on a dime.
