Rossi Scitimar open and Sickle, anybody skied 'em?

Debating ordering either one since I can get them for super cheap through work. Leaning more towards the Scitimar because the 99 waist would be a sick all mountain width for here (Jackson).
I have park skis and I have strictly pow skis.. Just want something in the middle. Kinda worried about them being flat underfoot and having rocker all the way through.
If anyone has skied them let me know how they are, or reccomend anything else from Rossi (not S3) or Atomic. I get shop deals on both.

I got both the Scimitar and Sickle at the beginning of this season. Both skis can shred all mountain, I think it just depends on the amount of flex you would want. The Scimitars (96mm underfoot at 174 length) are a little more flexy than the Sickles (110mm underfoot at 181 length), and handle much better on groomers and moguls (however, the Sickles can rail groomers too, sometimes they are more fun to carve than my pipe skis). The Sickle handles chop a bit better, and obviously has more float. Both skis are full rocker, although the rocker in the Sickle is a bit more subtle.
Since you have a pow/big mountain ski already, I would go with the Scimitar, but a little longer than you would get for park, since you already have a park ski (although I love these for park), and that extra length will be great for groomers, although not so much in chop or bumps. That's up to you though.
Hope this helps

I like the scimitar a lot in the park, and it handles being an all mountain ski when I need it to be, overall im very pleased with the scimitar. I would buy it again

This. They ski short too so get them a size longer than you would a normal cambered ski

hands down the sickle in a 186, mount them a few cm closer to center. I have them and they rail groomers like no other and in the fluffy they float oh so good. The flex on them is perfect and because of zero camber, its instantly on edge the minute you lean over. I paired them up with the griffons and that binding helps wide skis handle like they are 10mm more narrow.

Love my Sickles, like mentioned above they rail on groomers and in the chopped pow and fluffy stuff they float really nice because of the full rocker. Super playful but still can be skied really aggressively.

Thanks everyone! Hopefully will be ordering the Scimitars sometime soon, just waiting to hear back from our shops pro form guy. They still have the 181 in stock on Rossi's website so hopefully I'll be able to get a pair!
