Homemade Camera Holder?

Anyone know how to make a homemade holder for a camera?

It would be used while skiing, for someone to be able to ski while holding it and filming. If anyone knows a cheap way to make one of these that would be helpful!

And it's a real camera, not a GoPro.

What kind of camera? Assuming it's a camcorder or DSLR, I reccomend going on youtube and searching DIY camera handle, stabilizers, etc, you'll get many good tutorials for cheap builds on there. Well you're at it, you should search NS because I think there are also a couple threads on here about succesful DIY camera stabilizer and handle builds.
