I demoed them from like chirsty sports or whatever is out there when I went to colorado a few weeks ago. For reference, I'm 5'5", 120lbs (yeah I'm short) been skiing since I was like 4 or 5. Overall I liked them, although I think they would perform better for somebody who is larger than I am. I've had a decent amount of time on the nomad sfts and the regular ones, I like the sft the best.
But, I rode 171s. Definitely stiffer at my weight, tons of pop off the noses for nollies and such. That was one of the few times I've ridden a rockered ski, I'm from NJ... The other one was 175 and 185 JJs. They don't slide around as much in turns as the JJs. But you can still do that rockered ski scrub turn type thing. They also liked to be going faster to turn, and I thought they felt strange going slower. I think that's because my weight though, which is why I like the sft versions. I was pretty comfortable going mach 10 on them, I thought they were decent riding switch too. It took me a few runs to figure out the rhythm to link turns, but after that I liked them.
As for jibby stuff, like I said they were stiff for me cause I'm a small person. Tons of pop, especially pressing hard into the tips, even with the rocker. Definitely heavier than park skis that I'm used to, plus they had demo bindings on them. I could see it being fun for park/jibs. Seemed pretty durable. I may or may not have hit rocks, trees and such and I looked over the bases and they were fine. And they're demos, they didn't look trashed. Topsheets are real nice too.
