Dunno if this is a serious question, but I'm gonna answer it as if it is. It's spread out over 4 days and several stages. That is how they have so many artists at one concert.
ALSO: For anyone who's looking to buy tickets online, the Livenation promo code is DAZZLE. Hit that shit up, don't fuck around with all the other plebs on Saturday morning.
Also... Does anyone know about Premier camping? I was planning on doing it, but I wasn't sure about it.
I am going out there with a friend, and I'm curious to know if both of us need to buy the premier package, or if it is just the person driving the car (me).
Don't do premier. It's wildly overpriced and honestly it's gonna be full of middle aged people in RV's that want it quiet. Half(or more) of the fun is the absolute debauchery and mayhem that goes down till 5 am in the regular camp sites. However, if you do decide to make this poor decision, you only need one per car.
^ Thanks a lot for the answer. I'm taking that into consideration.
One more question that my dad just brought up. I'm 18 and I know its an all age event, but my friend is only 17.. Will that be alright for him to camp without a legal guardian if he isn't 18?
I don't see why It would be. Last year we just drove up and parked. They actually didnt even check our tickets, then again that may have been cause we were in overflow, but it's the same deal as the rest of regular camping. But anyhow, I never had my ID checked for anything, and I had a beer in my hand just about the entire time I was at the campgrounds.
that's true for sure. but I live in spokane and I won't be going to sasquatch this year. it's certainly a good lineup but i feel like coachella has most of the best bands from sasquatch and more for not THAT much more money. in my past experience sasquatch has offered a different type of lineup, but this year it has a lot of identical acts. however, i will say that I think the vibe (and weather) at sasquatch is way, way better.
not really, this lineup consists of all the biggest "alternative" music acts out there. the true hipsters will still be in their basement bars in seattle
agreed that the line up is probably better at coachella but yeah the vibe, location, and weather makes me want to sasquatch way more. tickets been bought!
I thought they started of decent but just started going down a shitty direction. I wonder if that's how a lot of these bands start. They get signed and it's like, "If you do this and change that you're going to be the next_____"
already sold out... tickets are going for 500+ on StubHub right now, but I'm assuming that is just because people are freaking out to buy them immediately
Ffff... Been busy all weekend and forgot to get a ticket. Is it going to be hard later to find one for $350? Like once all the hype kinda wears down? Either way, I'm gonna find my way down there with some friends, NS party!
Coachella is getting played. Not really there fault but when you have 85,000+ people things tend to get a little more commercial. The place just seemed allot different last year. On the bright side everyone is there to have a great time so you should have a blast!
I'm assuming that since it's all on private property they can do whatever they want. In past years they've had shitty rent-a-cops going around and busting people for smoking. Good point though, I wonder if they'll be doing that now that it's legal in the state
^ dont worry about that! you will make friends easily, plus just meet up with us newschoolers! decided not to buy tickets on presale/from livenation cuz i didnt have the monies so i will be browsing craigslist/going to the venue day of to get a ticket from those fucking scalpers.
