Replying to Salomon just earnt some brownie points
(might wanna read the 'Im never going to buy a Salomon product again' post that I made a few days back)
So like we sent an email off to Salomon Australia (cause they were the only people that we could find an email address for)and they forwarded it onto Salomon head office, who emailed the distributers here and gave them an asswhooping cause they have been so slack with my skis.
Result?
They ripped a tip off some 1080's they had in stock and couriered the tip upto us, free of charge.
Definatly made me a happy camper...but Im still pissed off about the way they acted in the first place.
What gravity?
