Hi Y'all.

Just got a speeding ticket for 100 mph in a 60. Basically, I need a good lawyer or I am going to be 18 and in jail for 30 days with a criminal record. Anyways, I am just scoping interest on NS first because I need to sell my car now. It is clean, 96k miles, upgraded exhaust. Rally Blue. It is the best car on the planet, just got new tires, just cannot afford it and I really cannot go to jail. If you know anyone that may be interested I am going to be posting on ebay or selling locally soon. Just thought if anyone wanted a dope car for a good price. This is it.

And actually no. The judge is a hardass, she's like 65+ hates kids and thinks it was a reckless decision and thinks I should suffer. I accept responsibility and she has been know to put kids into jail after the trial, even though I don't even have to appear and could just pay the ticket.

if you're half serious about selling the car you should post a proper for sale ad, a location, and photos.

You should also post it somewhere other than NS, where the average user is of driving age.

Ummmm....you don't go to jail for a speeding ticket. There's something you're not telling us. Were you driving drunk/high? DUI? Other major infractions? The jails are full of real criminals. They're not going to stick an 18 year old kid in there for going 40 over the limit. The world sucks, but not that much. Worst case is you lose your license for a bit and have to pay a fine.

First off its 2.0 liter not a 2.5, second if you want to sell a car dont say you just got pulled over going 100 in it. Third go to NASIOC.com, browse around and post it. Fourth what exhaust do you have? Is it tuned? Whats your asking price? Any pics?

Damn thats fucked. One of my friends got a crazy amount of speeding tickets multiple in excess of 100 mph and got his license revoked and was put on probation. He never went to jail though.

In future ads, its probably best that you leave out the fact you were doing 100. While its nothing for a wrx, it gives the customer the idea that the car has beaten on ( like most used wrxs)

Anyway...for a 2005 WRX, at 3500 RPM in 4th, you'll be traveling approximately 68.3 MPH, assuming you're running stock diameter wheels and tires.
