A friend has an old Atari and an old Colecovision we bust out every once and a while along with his NES and Super NES. I've never been a big gamer, but it's a good time.

Yeah some games on n64 like smash Zelda and pilot wings seem to have something that modern games just can't compare to. Remember Tirol dinosaur hunter? Goldeneye? South Park 64? There's so many awesome n64 games

the only game system I own is an N64. I don't play videogames often but if I do that's the system I play. I want to get another SNES so I can play all of those games again.

I bought a system called a retro duo that plays both NES and SNES cartridges after my SNES died. Its a good machine and has never failed me. Got 2 systems for $50 so its a pretty good price too

I would rather have an original system though. I don't know why but I don't trust wii or computers or stuff like the retro duo to play the games the way the original systems did

i felt the same. I still have my NES and use it to play those games. Replacing a SNES is tough, not many people sell em and theyre pricey. The one and the game store i buy old shit at was like $80. For $50 the duo is a beast and a great value plus you get to use the original controllers

i horde old Nintendo shit...got 2 NES 3 SNES and 4 N64 with who knows how many games/controllers. I feel that N64 has the best combo of nostalgia/graphics/games

emulators can do it basically perfect. At least for the games that I rock. You just have to make sure to get a good controller. A lot of people think the emulator sucks when really they just have a cheap controller. I also heard that the retro duo has bad controllers?

It comes with knock off SNES controllers but the ports accept original controllers.

the only way i would play on a comp would be to convert an original controller. theres something about blowing dust out of the cartridges though
