Replying to 2013-2014 tom wallisch full tilt ski boots

I watched the SIA 2013-2014 full tilt video were it showed the upcoming boots from full tilt. In previous years the tom wallisch pro model boot had the extension to the cable covers so that you could flip it out over your snowpants. WHen I watch this years SIA though it looked like their wasnt a tongue (I am calling it that because I dont know what it is really called) like the years prior? Am I right in this assumption or is their a tongue to flip out?
