What camera bags is everyone using?



I personally have a Lowepro Exchange Messenger Bag, a Lowepro Toploader, and I threw a divider insert in my Dakine backpack for carrying around.

F-Stop Tilopa + medium pro + small shallow ICU's.
I use my small ICU in my Dakine Heli Pro XL too sometimes.
I also have a Domke F-6 as a shoulder bag.

If you need something stupidly beefy for not a ton of money, check out the Pelican 1500 case. The pluck out foam is super helpful and it can hold a lot. My friend brings it to the caribbean, the mountains, everywhere. It holds a shit ton for not being very big, and the waterproof/hardcase portion is super nice. I know it's not a bag, but it holds a camera, and I sure as hell want one

Lowepro Video DSLR Fastpack 250.

Do not recommend I dislike the audio compartment very much. Not very useful, and the compartments leave my small lenses bouncing so I have to double pack in each compartment :(

Maybe fstop next year.

Ive got an old awe trekker that someone donated to my local thrift shop and I got it for $5, haha, nothing wrong it works great, I have skied with it and no problems so far

My burton focus can fit all my gear:
Gripped body
1 long lens
2 short lenses
Alien bees b800
Vagabond mini lithium battery for the strobe
2 speed lights
All my flash triggers
My computer
Hard drive or two
Chargers, extra batteries, filters etc

Of course it can be configured other ways, too

Don't have bag yet, so I take a little shoulder strap bag and put it in my Dakine Heli Pro backpack when I ski. It works fine.

God damn, that's a badass setup. 15 for fish, 16-35 for WA-UWA, 50 f1.4 for standard (although, does that work on your canon 1?), 70-200 for tele/portrait. And you had a 135 f2 as well earlier on? jeeez..

Epic film + Digi bodies to use lenses with. killer setup for canon.

yeah the 50 is the only lens i've used on my 1n so far!

I'd like a mid range zoom, but cant figure out what I want.

35-70 f3.5-4.5? those are like 40 bucks or something, and pretty sharp for a cheaper lens from what I understand. Would cover your range as a stopgap at least.

Either that or the 28-70L or for half as much, the Tamron version of the same thing.

Had a 28-70 for a while, pretty good lens. I wish I could afford a 24-70 II, but right now between the 24-105 4L IS or the 24-70 2.8L

IF I could afford the 24-70 f/2.8L II I would probably sell my 24-105 because I hear that thing is amazingly sharp. Can't go wrong with the 24-105 though because it is a wonderful all purpose lens.

I have 3 packs:
F-Stop Satori (discontinued but might be getting a free upgrade to the EXP)
F-Stop Tilopa BC
F-Stop Loka
And either a L or XL ICU, not sure because they changed sizing since I bought it. Going to pick up a medium soon though before summer so I can backpack with a full setup.

I need suggestions for a strobe bag, btw. Power cables, a battery pack and einstein, then 4 speedlights. Loads of triggers/batteries/and sync cables too. Would be nice if I could strap quite a few stands to it (or anyone know of a good lightstand bag?)

I use my F-Stops as strobe bags too but thats because I have different ones for different shoots.
