while i respect your decision how come you went with veneer on filthys? thats probably one of the last skis i would get it on just due to chipping etc?

I cant talk for ON3P or how it's going in the factory, but the last thing I heard from them was early november. This was about a month ago, I didn't realise I bought preorders.. Hope they are worth the wait!

i live in ohio. i got to demo jefferys in breckenridge this past season, and if i lived out west, i would definitely get jefferys. there's no way getting any other on3p ski besides the filthy (or their other new park ski) would make any sense for the shitty ohio ice. i definitely get what youre saying. its going to be hard to have such a good looking ski. first world problem ;_;

Also do you think the vicik or the Billy goats would be a compliment to my caylors when there's not much snow and I just wanna charge.

vicks. bg's have a very similar use to the caylors, just more directional, but made for the same conditions.

Vicik's would be more appropriate for harder snow, but my question to you is are you looking for a more directional oriented ski or not?

If you want to charge in one direction only at speed, and arc huge turns over crud/chopped up pow, or just groomers inbounds, the Vicik's would be much choice. (They are my choice for this intention.)

If you wanted something capable but still able to land/ride switch, or slash and be playful like your Caylor's, you could always pick up some J-mo's.

I loved my Caylor's and regret selling them to this day, but when I also had BG's in my quiver, I rode the BG's far more than the Caylor's. Something had to give; but maybe I will own another pair some day.

whats the mounting point on the 186 Vicik? -8?

i have the 12/13 model and there's only a recommended line on one of the skis. dont wanna mess these bad boys up.

I'm 6'0, 150 lbs, expert skier but still a small dude. Would a 193 C&D be to much to handle? I'm on 181 Caylors and Jmos currently.

I'm less than 6', 140lbs, and ride the 191 Billy Goats with complete ease. You'll be fine.

(I'm assuming by "expert skier" you mean you can actually lay down a carve, as in "progressive turns", and not just you can switch 3 off a 20 footer, right?)

The 193s from this year in the revamped tour layup will be good for you Ducky, I think you may find the 183 a little too short. They have tour layup as standard this year, it's big but lighter than ever now, lot less fatiguing for light and tall peeps.

Well that's sweet- but I was under the impression sponsored guys aren't supposed to do that- maybe it's different with skiing, but I'm sponsored in other hobbies and that's a no no.

Honestly the conversation between DP and Muggydude should not even be happening. Anyone who gets hooked up by friends or whatever needs not to be running to NS to fucking /claim. On the flip side questioning how someone got hooked up is poor form on a public forum, and not your fucking business in the first place. Or at the very least been conducted via PM and not your business to question the relationship between businees and athlete, or the rules of that relationship.

After being asked to hit up Killy several times, I daydreamed of my veneers at my doorstep. Wish I had even some beater sticks in the mean time. Any predicted production date on those/181 Jeff's?

Don't? You have Filthys (still, I assume?). Unless you're after a non rawkered park ski then I don't see any other manufacturer to go for.

will you still do topsheet swaps?

i remember when i ordered my caylors like 3 years ago i was able to swap the topsheets no problem. but it was also a lot lower quantities made back then (i ordered the last day of preorders and my serial is #017) so it was probably easier than if they are being more mass-produced like they are now
