Dalbello Boots?

I tried some on in a shop the other day and they seemed to fit pretty nice but i've heard they don't last to long. Anyone have any experience with them being unreliable especially in cold temperatures. I ski pretty much everyday so if they won't last i'm gonna take a miss. Thanks

Well I got some dalbello IL moro id at christmas and since I ride 5 days a week and they hold up very well! The liner is incredibly comfortable and I have absolutely no problem with them!!

I've been wearing the same pair of Il Moros since 2007 so yeah, they've held up pretty well

ive got over 100 days in my il moro t's and ive had no issues with them. haven't even managed to break the ratchet strap which i thought would go around day 2

I've Dalbello Blenders and they havn't aged a day in the 100+ days I've used them. Most people I talk to say they can last upwards of 5+ seasons no problem.

I have a pair of Il Moro's, which i have skied 250+ days in, and you can hardly notice that, they are a great quality product, and soooo comfortable.

I don't know who told you that but you should kick them in the nuts. 

Dalbellos are awesome.  They're durable, comfortable, stiff and they even come with intuition liners which keep your feet warm and toasty as well as give great control. 

I've had two pairs of Dalbello touring boots- the Virus Tours and the Sherpa 5/5s.  Both had a ton of moving parts that never, ever broke.  If you're looking at Dollys, look with confidence, they are a great boot!

I just posted this the other day....

my boot literally cracked completely through, about 5 inches long near my toes.
It was about 0 degrees that day, and I noticed it being broken as soon as I came inside to warm up.

My overall experience with Dalbello boots has been good. For me (Small foot size) they fit better than any other boot I tried on does. They are comfortable, flexible, and until the other day, were reliable.

I meant to add that I have contacted Dalbello, and they are going to give me $100 off a new pair of Dalbello boots, even though these boots are out of warranty. This is also the 4th season that I have been riding on them (roughly 80 days per year).

For the OP. I would guess what the people were telling you, about them wearing out was the liners more then the shells. Boot wise they are strong and work great. The intuitions are also great but they do wear out (pack out) faster then regular liners. Generally you will get about 150 days from a stock liner but only about 120 from intutions. But those 120 days will be very comfy.

So as for the boots dont worry, just be aware you may need to replace the intuitions sooner then you would a stock liner from say salomon or atomic.

I had rampages for a while, such a good boot. Got fultilts last year, probably gonna switch back. It is a much more durable boot. I've never seen a boot crack like that above, but there are lemons with every product.
