No one to ski with!!

I would go skiing everyday if I could, but I am basically the only girl and one of the few people that skis from my entire grade, so the problem is that I never have anyone to go skiing with. There is one other girl that i am friends with that skis but she can barely ever go and only has a few passes, where as i have a season pass. On top of that, my parents rarely allow me to go completely by myself. I want to go as much as possible.. any advice?

Being a girl skier from Ohio I know how you feel. I met my best friend because she was the only other girl skier at the hill.

When I was in high school no one else from my school skied and so I would go out on my own all the time and I ended up making friends with all the other kids around my age. Just be outgoing. It also helped I got a job as a ski instructor at the hill and made a lot of friends that way. PLUS you get to ski for free normally and you'll work a bit of the time and then get to free ride.

Just make the best of it, you don't always need to be with people and just meet new people on the lifts and hill.
