Hey what's up everyone, just looking for some recommendations on some good guitar music to get into. i like heavy riff based stuff in particular (love led zep) but im looking for pretty much whatever so post up some bands or songs or whatever if you don't mind

I don't know if you are really into the heavy stuff, and Meshuggah is pretty heavy, but their riffs are just amazing. There is a lot of heavy music that is great, but I'll refrain from posting it right now given that you seem to be looking for more rock based stuff. And I realize all the stuff I posted is considered to be heavy already.
hmm broad range of good guitar music, most 70s hard rock stuff in general is good, tony iommi, brian may, jeff beck, joe bonamassa, joe satriani, santana of course, eric johnson, rival sons (think bobby browns part in grand bizarre, great band), foxy shazam, the darkness, eddie hazel, more zeppelin too maybe? stoney list
