i normally toss all the shirts that i ski in in the spring (when i am wearing only a shirt/vest in the wash with some nikwax. helps so that it doesnt get soaked through if you fall too fast

fdwear's tees are made of this CVC fabric (which is a mix of cotton and poly i believe) and they seem more waterproof and quick drying.

Picked up something like that at a tj maxx for like 15 bucks. It's a nike quarter zip short sleeve, and about as thin as paper. Super lightweight and waterproof.
