Your dogs just marking his/her territory to the let the other dogs know that that is HIS leg. But I have never heard of that happening before. Probably just a one time thing.

A small dog tried to pee on me at the ski center when I was kneeling. I gave the dog one hell of a push. The owner was cool with my reaction.
