Online text book reader thing?

This probably doesn't exist but it should. I need to read 40 pages of this boring text book by tomorrow and can't read more then a few paragraphs with out wanting to fall asleep or having to reread what I just read because my mind was in a completely different place. Is there some thing that will read it allowed to me so I can just fallow along?

I saw one of my friends who got a textbook on her ipad and you were able to have it read to you. Didnt sound that great because its the computer doing it, but works for some people.
