From this thread I learned:


OREO COOKIE CREAM PIE
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 c. butter, unsalted
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. softened cream cheese
24 oz. Cool Whip (2, 12 oz. pkg.) defrost for recipe
2 sm. (3 oz.) boxes instant chocolate fudge pudding or instant reg. chocolate pudding
2 c. milk

Crush Oreo cookies. Put small amount of crumbs aside (2-3 tablespoons). Melt butter and mix with remainder of crumbs. Spread on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass pan, packing lightly to form crust.

Combine cream cheese, 12 ounces Cool Whip and sugar. Mix with electric blender at very low speed, until spreading consistency. Spread over crust.

Combine pudding mix with 2 cups milk. Do not let pudding become too thick. Spread over last layer.

Top with second 12 ounce carton of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs. Refrigerate to store. Serves 15.

Solid recipe.
I'm partial to Ice Cream Pie, myself. The chocolate corn flake crust is delicious and solid enough to be used as a murder weapon if need be.
Ice Cream Pie
6-8 Servings

7 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 cups corn flakes
1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
1 1/2 quart ice cream (vanilla, coffee, or chocolate flavors)

In medium saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, unsweetened chocolate, and chocolate chips over low heat. Stir constantly until thoroughly mixed and sugar is dissolved.

In large bowl, place cornflakes and nuts. Pour warm chocolate mixture over the corn flakes, gently stirring until flakes are THOROUGHLY coated.

Spray 9" pie plate with vegetable coating. Gently press coated flakes into pie plate. Place in freezer until firm.

Fill frozen chocolate shell with slightly softened ice cream. Freeze until firm. Top with fudge sauce, praline sauce, berries, or sliced fruit.
