Well I am not sure. I haven't decided. One way of looking at it is that if anyone of those people are necessary to the production of the shoes and if they didn't do their job, someone would have to spend the same amount of time doing it. Sure some skills can be more rare etc, but at the end, every amount of time spent was necessary, and therefore everyone should get an equal share of the profits. OR you could look at it in the way that people should get paid the amount of value that they add to the company. The problem I see with this is that it is hard to determine. But it wouldn't be a wage, it would be like, okay.. the CEO contributes this amount to the company, etc. The main problem that I have is that people have the power over other people to get them to work for them, and pay them consistently much less than the labour they provide is worth. That is where profit comes from.
