Getting wrinkles out of Jackets/Pants? (+k for any helpful input)

I was wondering if anyone had a way to get wrinkles out of their jackets or pants? I just got my new jacket and it has wrinkles from getting packaged. I was going to iron it but I was scared it might mess it up. Any input?

notmuch you can do, just were it alot till it breaks in

Try washing it, then hang dry. Or just wear it.

Just wear it, just like all other clothes the wrinkles will fall out. Just make sure you hang it up after wearing it.
