12 and up. what is the point of having your binding on 4? you will beable to pull your boot out of it sanding on the snow. My bindings start at 8, so you fellas wont wont to be skiing them.

to the people that are above 12 oin their din, are u guys riding salmon or other bindings or look/rossi, just curious caus with rossi/looks i don'tneed to crank at all. they come off aqt 8 when they need to.

if your usin bag of shit salomon bindings then u gotta crack em right up for a true din. but the look/rossi bindings feel loads better and u need not hav the din as hi. i rode 11 on salomon which was 2 low and 10/11 on rosi/looks. im 6'3 200lbs. never buyin salomon again.

on my piece of crap salomon bindings i used last ear are at 4.5, but I was 5' 5' and 90 lbs(just a guess), so it didn't make a differnce, and they always came off when they were supposed to.
My Markers for my PE's are at 6.5. ^That's were the shop person put them, and I don't feel like changing them unless the pre release. Now I'm 5 10 and 135lbs so I'll have to crank the shitty salomons up for my rail skis.

i've got salomon 916s und 920s. they go up to a din of 16 or 20. those bindings rock and they are nearly indestructible.

6'3 145 lbs. is amazing. no offense but im 150 and 6 and 1/2 of an inch and skinny as hell. i ski at 7 or im thinking maybe ill put it to 8.

im always at 14. but i have size 30 boots...that makes the difference

i'm 5'3' and 115 lbs and i rock my DIN at 7 on both my park and BC skis. they always come out when they need to, and never come out when they don't. except when i broke my leg, they shoulda come out that time.

i crank em all the way to 22 on my Salomon s922 Beartraps, just clicking into those things next to someone at a comp will make them withdraw, or piss their pants.
Pros are just regular people who land everything they do, keep practicing and you will see it too!!
