How to ship skis

i have to ship my afterbangs in a trade where should i get a box that would fit my skis or what should i do to ship them

ill wrap the skis up with cradboard boxes thrown together then ill ship it throuhg ups or usps

make your own box. Should be pretty easy for abangs with or without bindings. ship with USPS, they will be the cheapest. I ship skis pretty frequently

I always just go to my local shop and ask for an old cardboard ski box that they received a pair in. They are always pretty cool about it and let me have it for free.

Do the skis your shipping have bindings on them or no?

Go to local shop, and get a box. Or you can build one yourself.

I typically tape the ski's together. I will grab an old pair of socks to slip over both ends of the ski's, and bubblewrap in one layer. Stuff newspaper in both ends of the box to keep the ends of the ski's from being banged around or sliding around in the box. USE A FUCKTON of packing tape. Not duct tape.

USPS is the best as far as price goes. Get delivery confirmation.

I have shipped a lot of skis like this.

This, every shop has a recycling dumpster full of boxes for skis and boards. Unless its day after recycling is picked up.
