Binding question

I have some older armada ar5's with the rossi pivot bindings. I got new boots and evidently my new boots are smaller then my old boots. I adjusted the heal piece as far as it would go, but the space is still to large. I don't get what the hell went wrong here.

you need a remount. heel pieces only move generally 10mm.
