Do you snore? Have you found ways to keep yourself from snoring or to minimize it? My husband snores and it wakes me up all the time. Here's a video embed just to embarrass him further:

No, he's not fat at all. But I tell him to roll onto his side because he tends to snore the most when he sleeps on his back. Thanks for the nasal spray tip.

ask your dentist about it. all good suggestions except for killing him of course...then how would I sleep through the smell?
I can't believe people wear these to be honest. Just seems like there has to be something better. I think we'll start with the spoonful of honey. I've tried nose strips.
