I need a new video editing software for a pc but dont want to spend a ton of money and dont know what to buy

Vegas is really easy to use. Premiere is not too bad. Most everyone uses Final Cut, but since you're on PC either of the first two I mentioned should fulfill your need. Also both are easily torrentable.
