Bombproof bindings

After blowing out the heel of my z12, and buying a pair of bindings that ended up being useless (as of right now, still trying to figure something out) from a NSer i decided that it was time for me to finally cough up the $$$$ and buy some bindings. And because i cant afford new bindings twice a year i need some suggestions on the most bombproof bindings out there. i ride at a din of 9 right now but im a big guy (6'7. 260) and progressing quickly so i am looking for at least a 12 or 14din.
Ps, I am trying to spend less then 200.

You get what you pay for.

But you can sometimes find new MOJO or Peak 15s for under$200.  Those are your best bet for bang-for-your-buck.

And i have found that out again and again but i still cant get myself to pay the bug bucks (and simply don't have the bank account to) for some really nice bindings (that and considering the fact that i'm riding 6 year old skis)

Dont fuck around.  Get an all-metal binding at your h/w.  Seriously.  I'd also go with either an FKS or Look Pivot 18 or an STH16. 

Be patient and look around.  They're for sale on here all the time and I think I got my 18s from 1337 for like $200 and some naked pics of B Arthur so it certainly can be done.

I'm 6'4 and about the same weight and I've been riding 4frnt deadbolt 18s fr the past 3 years. I found them at a shop at the end of the season for 250 which was about 40% retail. They are usually a pretty decent price on backcountry.com too.

I don't think I will ever use anything but a 4frnt deadbolt/ Tyrolia peak/ head mojo 15/18 din binding. Burly construction and consistent performance.

check around ebay for 3-4 year old 18 din bindings. after about 5 min of searching i found these bad boys.

If you do this make sure they are still indemnified, if not, there useless unless you do all your own tech work

i have had jesters and j pros the last 3 or 4 years sumer legit never blown a heel or anything your ski will snap before you rip a heel out.

Jester Pro's may be an option, I had a pair. Look for something with metal construction, that will handle your weight with some left over, you seem like a bigger guy and you won't want to cop out on bindings, believe me, it is a bad decision/stupid one.
