windells and tim windell arent bad if you understand that youre there to work and not be at summer camp. yeah its a good time and they want everyone to have fun but youre there to help the campers have the best time of their life. not to improve your won personal skills and film a banger summer edit. the sage employees have a combined almost 20 years of experience at windells. we loved it there and thats why we continue to work very closely with them every summer.
the best way to get hired is to be close with someone who currently works there, personal recommendations are huge. in addition to that you should start applying in february and dont be hesitant about following up. call as often as possible. it doesnt mean your pestering them, it means youre passionate about working there.
