for follow cams I would stick to something with a 24mm or less focal length.
depending on your budget people are gonna suggest the tokina 11-16 and the tamron 17-50. granted they are very different; the tokina is the best wide angle lens in its price category, and the tamron is wide enough for follow cams at 17mm- yet is a great walk around lens because of its range in focal length.
tokina 11-16 if you want a rectilinear, not sure about fisheye, I know rokinon is cheap, but I'm not sure if the quality is as good as their m4/3 one. the canon 8-15 is supposed to be great, but likely way out of budget. you could look at the tokina 10-17 maybe
I'd personally get a tamron 17-50 ($2-300) and then spend the rest on some vintage stuff, or maybe a rokinon 8mm fish. Or you could get a 11-16 and then save for a 17-50 or vice versa.
