What do you wear under your snow pants/jacket

serious question..what do you wear under your snow pants or jacket

ive got special blend snowpants and jacket
i usually wear jeans but i hate how they bunch up above your boot and they seem to keeps me pretty warm in any weather with jeans on here in ohio which lataly it really hasnt been too cold here typical crazy weather.

and under my coat i always wear underarmor and a shirt which keeps me warm if its like high 20's but if its colder ill throw on a hoodie and I'm set to go if i ever get hot ive got vents.

let me know your thoughts / ideas of what you think is best

Random bottom baselayer or shorts depending on the temp, and I always have my dakine flannel on and if its super cold an Armada tech hoodie.

Under my pants I have compression shorts, basketball shorts and that's it. Under my jacket I usually have a long sleeve technial shirt, and a cotton shirt and thats all. Both jacket and pants are just shells. If it drops below 10 Id probably just add a sweatshirt or something or a zip up technical baselayer thing. I dont normally get cold though

I wear shorts and my legs never get cold. Then on top i wear a nice base-layer two tall tees and a hoodie over that and i change the hoodie to accompany cold/warm temps.

Shell jacket and pants, up top I usually go merino wool baselayer, waffle knit shirt, and a flannel, for -10 Celsius and under I usually throw in a sweater with that, and down bottom I go some random Nike tights with shorts or just shorts on warm days.

compression shorts, hip pads, athletic shorts for my legs, and usually some kind of long sleeve and t-shirt for my upper body. Add some under armor leggings/long sleeve for cold days.

This plus Shorts, and for really cold days I'll line my shell pants with PJs.

For the Top I layer a ton, Long underwear, thermal, tall tee, hoodie and then jacket.

Cotton leads to a BAD day in the backcountry.

Top:
Wool or synthetic base
plus any combo of:
Synthetic loose shirt
Wool button up
Softshell

Bottom:
Patagonia long underwear (good stuff...I've had mine for 10 years)
Athletic shorts
Darn Tough socks

Outerwear is Trew pants and Patagonia tech shell.

No cotton ever, cotton is shit for sports. I wear a merino wool base layer (long johns and long sleeve t). It's super breathable, wicks moisture away from your skin. If it's too warm for a fleece I wear a second base layer on top of that. If it's cold I wear a fleece shirt and pants. Everything's breathable so I stay nice and dry.

Merino wool layers of different thickness layered according to weather.

Its the BEST thing you can use and it makes skiing so much better. Keeps you warm and strong and lets you ski harder and longer.

Icebreaker is the company i use. But there are lots of other good ones, smartwool, monsroyal, etc.

I will reiterate how good merino wool is, I was hiking the park about two weeks ago and I was not cold after sweating for about an hour on a windy day, I love this shit.
