Hey guys, landed on my shoulder pretty good, nothings broken but theres a chance ive torn my rotator cuff or other ligaments. I have full range of motion but it hurts pretty damn bad. You guys have any suggested braces (or warm up techniques, advice in general, etc) that have worked well for you? planning on skiing soon regardless and wanted to pick one up
search barred didnt find anything too beneficial, thanks

The best exercise that my physical therapist gave me was to stand in a corner, with arms straight out and bent 90 degrees up at the elbow, forearms against the wall, one on either side of the corner. stand in a split stance and then lean in towards the wall. It was the only one that i ever could feel like it was actually relieving pain and stretching my shoulder while keeping it in a stable position.

Can't really help at all but vibes bro, hope your back killing it at 100% soon. Though I can't really help I did hurt my shoulder once in soccer season, once it starts feeling better, don't push it too hard you can re-hurt it and go back to worse then before really easily.

i tore my rotator cuff, had a labral tear, and a slap tear at the same time. the only thing i can say is if you really think your rotator cuff is torn go get it looked at asap, letting it go will cause it to get worse and worse and then you'll need surgery (which you don't want, believe me.) go get it looked at, you'll probably have to do some PT, and they'll have the right exercises for you so you can heal it the right way
