I have no idea which one i want to try. Can do both on a trampoline. Attempted backflip into water on a bike and made it 3/4 of the rotation. People are throwong them at my home park left and right. Help please!
Going skiing this weekend when school ends and I really wanna nail a flip, front or back. From what I hear backs are alot easier, but idk. Anyone got any advice? what do you do for it cause I dont wanna turn up there, do half a backflip and die.
My first invert was front flip but I didn't realize how sketchy it was until I did my first back which was crazy easy. Sounds cray but underflip is the one trick I can do with no fear and little air
Flipping is all a mind game, it's hard for your mind to grasp the fact that you're going to go upside down, but honestly a backflip is easier than a 3 or a 5 in my opinion. Hit the jump once or twice, don't think about it much, and just do it. Don't doubt yourself or think about all the bad possibilities, that will all psych you out, just positive energy.
If you can flip on a trampoline, you can do it on a (decently) sized jump. Just pop, lean back, and enjoy the stoke.
first I did backflips then I stopped and did frontflips for a couple years with out doing any backys now I do a lot more backys than front. But just try both
