I'm trying to make a short film this year but I ran into a little problem. My computer is pretty slow so I don't think I'll be able to edit the whole movie at once. Is there a good way to edit all the segments separately then combine them without losing quality? I'm using Vegas to edit by the way.
well I mean you can export each segment and then convert it into a smaller file without losing quality, then import it back into your program. Issue with this I have found is that sometimes I want to make slight changes, but it takes awhile to redo the whole process.
Whenever I export from Vegas the video goes down in quality a little but I think that may have had to do with the settings I was using. If that's the best way I'll just figure out some better render settings.
