Replying to Living in foreign countries

So I'm about to embark on a semester abroad in southern Bosnia through my college. I'm going to be in a university where there are bound to be English speakers but I'm still worried about how to get around and stuff. Bosnian is a Slavic language and I don't know anything about anything except english and a little French so i think I'm screwed. I heard from my friend irfan who is from Bosnia that people aren't that different but I beg to differ. When I went to his house during the summer I played soccer with his family and I was having a great time. They really did seem like any other American/Canadian family. So then after we played it was time to go inside for dinner. The goats balls tasted like shit but I wasn't going to say anything as to not be rude. Plus I was trying to get with irfans sister dzenana because she had jugs the size of the rising sun. Once dinner is over we go into the family room to play steeple chase like i guess is normal out east. I still struggle to see the normality in this game. As I was chasing his aunt melvina around the coffee table irfan thinks it would be funny to stick out his foot and trip me. As I fall my face goes straight into emir's(his uncle) lap and his ballsack smelled like a baby's diaper. The last thing I expect happens and he holds my face right there and I can hardly breath. Then the rest of irfans family takes their shirts off and jump on my back. I guess they had planned this from the beginning and I wouldn't have minded except his grandma has the grossest pepperoni nips I have ever seen. They laughed for what seemed like an hour after seeing my expression and I really had no idea how to act. I stayed because I didn't want to seem rude because I guess this is commonplace in Bosnia. The night seemed to be taking a turn for the better when Dzenana seemed very sexually willing. Things were getting hot and I could hardly help myself any longer so I rip her pants off. Like a classical weirdo she is free ballin it. At this point i didn't mind. So I stick my hand down there and start to feel around. As I rub my hand over her vag it doesn't stop and there is no space between vagina and asshole. They both connected to form some weird thing that I don't know what to name. I left immediately because I didn't know how to react to this. I still wonder if this is a real condition that some girls suffer from. This is why I'm scared to go to Bosnia. I feel like the whole country is going to be full of weird fuckers. Should I even be worrying about this?
